2024 BHUTAN TOUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Participants will be subject to a cancellation fee for tours booked, paid for, and later canceled as follows:
- Up to 90 days before departure: no penalty. See exclusions below.
- 91 day and beyond: no refund
The above cancellation policy includes – but is not limited to – any accommodations, meals, vehicles, guides, drivers, flights to/from Bhutan, trekking/camping, helicopter services and other activities or amenities.
EXCLUDED FROM REFUND: The above cancellation policy does NOT include:
- $500 deposit. This is nonrefundable unless your spot on the tour can be filled.
- Payment processing and transfer fees. These fees are nonrefundable.
- Private properties and private invitations. These fees are nonrefundable.
- Donations. These contributions can only be refunded with permission from the receiving party.
Guest reservations are non-transferrable.
Travel Insurance is recommended. The company we prefer to work with is Allianz.
