Game Day Getaway Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsors
The Game Day Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by RVshare LLC, located at 1985 Henderson Rd PMB 62433, Columbus, OH, 43220-2401, Spot2Nite Inc., located at 1 St Ann Drive, #8623, Mandeville, LA 70470, and TicketSmarter, Inc., located at 1475 N Winchester St, Olathe, KS 66061. (“Sponsors”).
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on April 16, 2026 and ends at 11:45 p.m. EST on April 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsors, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, and their representative, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
5. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants must complete the giveaway widget, including all required fields, such as name, email address and any required questions.
Upon successful submission of the giveaway widget, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, plus any extra entries as allowed by the giveaway widget.
Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other device to enter is prohibited and will void all associated entries.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, fraudulent, late, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
If entry includes tagging, sharing, or posting on social media: Entrants may only tag or identify individuals with whom they have a personal relationship. Spam tagging, tagging strangers, businesses, public figures, or celebrities, or any other conduct that violates platform rules may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
7. Prize
There will be one (1) winner. Each winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
- One (1) $1200 credit to RVshare, subject to the provider’s rental terms, booking terms, availability, blackout dates, and qualification requirements;
- One (1) $500 booking credit through Spot2Nite, subject to availability and Spot2Nite’s then-current booking terms;
- One (1) $200 ticket credit from TicketSmarter.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,900.00.
Actual value may vary depending on travel dates, seasonality, campsite selected, RV availability, destination, and market conditions. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash, credit, or any other form of consideration.
No substitution, transfer, assignment, refund, or cash redemption of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8. Prize Conditions and Restrictions
The Prize is subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
a. The winner must book and complete travel by July 22, 2026.
b. All reservations and bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates, provider capacity, and the terms and conditions of the applicable provider.
c. The winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the Prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from the campsite or RV pickup location, fuel, tolls, parking, meals, gratuities, insurance, taxes, personal expenses, incidental charges, campground fees beyond the includ0ed amount, and any other costs associated with prize use. Winner is also solely responsible for any security deposit required by the RV provider and for any fees or charges associated with damages, excessive cleaning, late returns, mileage overages, equipment loss, or any other loss or damage incurred during the prize period.
d. If the RV provider requires the winner to satisfy age, driver’s license, insurance, security deposit, background screening, driving record, or credit card requirements, the winner must satisfy those requirements to redeem the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if the winner fails to meet the RV provider’s rental qualifications, and no cash alternative or substitute prize will be provided in such event.
e. The $200 ticket credit is subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
f. The $500 Spot2Nite booking credit is subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
g. The Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsors. Sponsors do not make any representation or warranty regarding the quality, condition, safety, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Prize element.
h. If the winner cannot accept or redeem the Prize as awarded, the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.
i. Sponsors and SheBuysTravel, LLC are not responsible for cancellations, delays, closures, unavailability, or changes by any participating party provider, including but not limited to the RV provider, campground operator, booking platform, or ticket credit provider.
9. Winner Selection
On or about May 1, 2026, Sponsors, or their representative, will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email, using the contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first attempted notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, cannot accept the Prize, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsors, or their representative, may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
11. Winner Verification
Before being confirmed as the official winner, the potential winner may be required to sign and return, within the time specified by Sponsors or their representative:
- an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility;
- a Liability/Publicity Release, where lawful;
- a completed IRS Form W-9;
- and any additional travel, campground, RV rental, or prize-provider documents required for fulfillment.
The winner’s travel guest(s), if any, may also be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release and/or any additional travel or provider-required release documents prior to travel or prize use.
If the potential winner fails to timely return required documents, Sponsors, or their representative, may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.
If required by law, Sponsors, or their representative, will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the actual retail value of the Prize.
13. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants SheBuysTravel, LLC, Sponsors and their designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, statements, photograph, and/or other indicia of persona for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless SheBuysTravel, LLC, Sponsors, each social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, invalid, garbled, misdirected, or undeliverable entries;
- interrupted or unavailable network, server, website, internet service provider, or other connections;
- technical malfunctions, computer errors, software issues, or system failures of any kind;
- unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes administration;
- printing, typographical, or clerical errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes-related materials;
- any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
15. Sponsors’ Rights
SheBuysTravel, LLC and Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors, or their representative, in their sole discretion, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disaster, pandemic, public health event, travel disruption, labor strike, government action, provider insolvency, or any other event beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control.
SheBuysTravel, LLC, Sponsors, or their representative, also reserve the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsors, or their representative, reserve the right to award the Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination, or not to award the Prize, as permitted by law.
16. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that:
a. any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
b. any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, associated with entering
