A facial or massage is a welcome break from touring area attractions like the famous Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame and Griffith Observatory. Whether you’re looking to turn back the clock a few years, recharge after a long cross country flight or counter the effects of too much fun in the SoCal beach sun, there’s a treatment available. Here are the top spas in the City of Angels.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa

The largest spa in downtown Los Angeles, the 8,000 square-foot Ritz-Carlton Spa focuses on wellness to give guests the perfect day of pampering.

Experiences include The Champagne Experience, which includes a Champagne and Shimmer body treatment, manicure and pedicure.

The spa also offers the Detoxifying Wellness Poultice Treatment, which uses herbal poultices to increase circulation, along with easing muscle and joint ache.

Larchmont Sanctuary Spa

The Larchmont Sanctuary Spa offers guests a variety of massages, facials and salt treatments. Signature treatments include the Skin Ritual Customized Facials, which use Environ products in a fully customized facial to rejuvenate and refresh the skin.

The spa also offers spa experiences for couples to get a romantic day of relaxation. Packages include the Escape Together, which gives couples the opportunity to select their massage and the Date Night, which starts with a soak in a private jacuzzi tub and then goes on to the Head Over Heels full body massage.

Open 24 hours, the Wi Spa’s offers five unique sauna rooms, including the Bulguma, the Salt Sauna, the Clay Sauna, the Jade Room and the Ice Sauna.

Services at the Korean spa include acupressure, body scrubs and the customizable Wi Signature Facial. After getting their treatments, guests can take a cold plunge in one of the baths or enjoy the whirlpools in the hot tub.

Located at the Four Seasons Hotel, with locations in both Beverly Hills and Westlake Village, this spa offers guests a list of services including massages, body treatments, facials and a nail suite.

Signature treatments include Stone Therapy, which mixes hot and cold stones to relieve muscles and the Synchronized Massage, where two massage therapists work together to massage all of your sore spots.
