The long-awaited and much-anticipated Disney Magicbands+ are now available for sale. Here’s where to buy them and what you need to know about the cool new styles and awesome new functionality of these must-have Disney accessories, a revved-up version of the classic Disney Magicbands.
Disney fans have been waiting to get their hands on the new Disney Magicbands+. These multi-function wearable devices are available for sale now at Disney World and online at shopDisney, starting at $34.99. They can do everything a traditional Magicband can do — open your Disney hotel room door, act as your park ticket, allow you to charge purchases and connect to your Disney PhotoPass account — plus So. Much. More.
Among our favorite new features:
- Disney Fab 50 Quest: As part of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration, you can go on a “Disney Fab 50 Quest.” The Magicband+ allows you to interact with the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection sculptures in the four WDW theme parks using virtual pixie dust from Tinker Bell. Then use the Play Disney Parks app to enter the character’s world via augmented reality.
- Become a Batuu Bounty Hunter: Collect virtual bounties hidden across Black Spire Outpost, led by vibrations and lights on your MagicBand+. Then use the Play Disney Parks app’s augmented reality thermal viewer to reveal who’s hiding in the shadows and be rewarded with galactic credits.
- Enhanced Fireworks Experience: Your Magicband+ lights up and vibrates in sync with the fireworks visual effects and music of the nighttime spectaculars, “Disney Enchantment” at Magic Kingdom Park and “Harmonious” at EPCOT.

- Blue 50th Anniversary Magicband+ with the words “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” and an image of creator Walt Disney holding Mickey Mouse’s hand and pink 50th Anniversary Magicband+ with an image of Cinderella’s Castle
- Minnie Mouse “Mom” Magicband+ and Mickey Mouse “Dad” Magicband+
- Disney Pride Collection Magicband+ with Cinderella’s Castle against a rainbow colored-background
