“If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.”

Hemingway’s timeless words ring true today and apply to all who spend time in The City of Light. Not only is Paris one of my favorite cities in the world, but I’d also argue that it’s the best European city for a first-time international trip with children.

Like any city in Europe, accommodations in Paris generally offer less space than those in the United States (New York City is a rare exception). Finding the right hotel for your family can make all the difference in having an enjoyable vacation. Read on for a list of the best family hotels found in Paris including the Disneyland Hotel, scheduled to reopen in 2024.

Additional amenities include complimentary coffee and tea. Another great feature is its proximity to metro stations, making it a great base for those wishing to explore the city using public transportation.
