A Look Inside The Beetlejuice Themed Suite In New York City

Do you have a Broadway-loving family? Perhaps your children are the biggest Beetlejuice fans around or maybe you have fond memories of watching the movie growing up. If that sounds familiar, then you’ll want to make a visit to New York City to catch Beetlejuice on Broadway and stay at the new limited-edition Beetlejuice suite at the Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square.

I recently had the chance to stay in this immersive suite located right next to the theater, and I was absolutely blown away by the decor and included amenities, and would highly recommend it to Broadway lovers, tourists and families with adult kids.

What Is The Beetlejuice Suite at Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

The suite is located on the 45th floor of Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square, and it is decorated from top to bottom with black and white striped wallpaper, branded decor and accents inspired by the musical.

What is Inside The Beetlejuice Gift Pack

When you book the Beetlejuice suite, you’ll receive a gift pack with a few keepsake souvenirs, including a sandworm plush, reusable tote bag, mug, magnet, a hat, socks and a pin. Aside from the gift pack, you’ll also have a Beetlejuice black and white cookie delivered to your room and be given a $150 food and beverage credit to enjoy on site at your leisure during your stay.

What Does The Beetlejuice Suite Room Look Like

Aside from the spooktacular decor, the room itself is very nice with lots of cool features, including a king bed, flat screen television, streaming entertainment, a desk, coffee machine, and mini fridge. The room can sleep up to four people and has free WiFi, a fitness center and is pet friendly. There are also water dispensers on every third floor starting on the 16th floor so you can fill up a water bottle during the course of your visit.

Additionally, a room key is needed to get to the hotel floors outside of the lobby for added security too which makes it feel more secure.

Where is Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square is located in the heart of the theater district on West 47th Street. It’s located directly next to the Palace Theater, where Beetlejuice is currently playing. On the block of the hotel, there is direct access to the MTA, where you can take the B/D/F/M trains to get around New York City during your visit.

Where to Eat at Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

When hunger strikes, you can dine at the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Highball, and order from the pre-fixe menu ($65 per person), which features items inspired by Beetlejuice. Some highlights include the Beetlejuice-inspired shrimp cocktail, the salmon and the Beetlejuice cookie.

As for drinks, one popular pick is the Netherworld Swizzle, which is a cocktail that combines Midori melon liquor, white rum, lime juice and Crème de Violette. The drink is an additional cost if you want to add that on.

Things to do by Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

If you’re looking for more things to do in the area, you’ll want to grab a Beetlejuice-themed dessert from Serendipity 3 across the street from Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square. Serendipity 3 launched some limited-edition menu items such as the Beetlejuicy burger, the “Say My Name” sundae, the ghoulish grilled cheese sandwich, the Miss Argentini and their famous chicken “fingers” to celebrate Beetlejuice on Broadway, such as ice cream sundaes, hamburgers and grilled cheeses to name a few.

These items are also available at the Upper East Side location, if you find yourself leaving the theater district.

Other popular nearby attractions to explore include the TKTS booth, the M&M store, Hershey’s Chocolate World and the Disney Store.

How to Book The Beetlejuice Suite

If you want to stay at the Beetlejuice suite, keep in mind that it’s only available from October 4 to January 3. There is a three-night maximum booking restriction on the suite, so you’ll want to plan ahead if you plan on taking a longer trip than that. If the room is sold out, it won’t pop up as being available to book and will direct you to other rooms that are.
