1. Miami, Florida

One of the ultimate destinations for a girls’ getaway any time of year is Miami Beach. And with all of the options for beach lounging, bar hopping and sightseeing, it is no wonder that it is on our list of the best bachelorette party destinations.

Miami has always been a favorite of my girlfriends and I, especially when we wanted a quick trip that didn’t involve leaving the country. The South Beach scene is unparalleled when it comes to the party scene, making it ideal for planning the perfect bachelorette party. It is lined with bars, delicious restaurants and a nightlife scene that you’ll be talking about in the years to come. However, the nightlife isn’t the only thing to look forward to in Miami.

Spoil yourself before the big day and do some shopping at one of the many high-end luxury stores on Collins Avenue. Or, spend the day on a luxury day trip with the girls, such as a private yacht cruise, boat party with DJ, or a private boat tour down Millionaire’s Row.

Where to stay:

There are plenty of spacious and multi-room boutique hotels excellent for sharing among the bride and her bridesmaids. During my best friend’s bachelorette party in Miami, we stayed in a spacious, fully-equipped two-bedroom oceanfront suite at The Fritz (formerly Casanova Suites on the Beach).

The Kimpton Angler’s Hotel is also one of our favorites for group trips, offering beautiful multi-bedroom and multi-bathroom suites and lofts. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a classic luxury hotel and favorite among bachelorettes traveling to Miami, with four unique bars and clubs that aren’t strangers to A-list attendees!

2. Nashville, Tennessee

If you and your besties are into country music and the honky-tonk culture, Music City is the place to be for your bachelorette celebration. Nashville is known for its country music scene, delicious food and Southern charm, making it one of the best bachelorette party destinations within the U.S.

There are many fun activities to make for an unforgettable bachelorette getaway to Nashville. Take a guided food tour to taste some Southern favorites while learning about Nashville’s history and culture. The Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Hall of Fame are two must-visits for music and entertainment lovers.

Or, enjoy a true honky-tonk experience with the gals in a fun line dancing class. And of course, a trip to Nashville won’t be complete without a day trip to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, where you can learn about and sip the state’s most famous whiskey!

Before the night ends, get the party started with a pub crawl through Music City. Broadway is lined with live music venues to keep you and the girls on your feet and dancing all night!

Where to stay:

The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is a luxury resort in the heart of Nashville with a sprawling glass atrium, nine acres of indoor gardens, rivers and waterfalls, and a full-service spa to pamper the bride-to-be and bridesmaids.

The Hermitage Hotel and its stunning neoclassic architecture is the perfect place for a bridesmaid photoshoot. And the conveniently located Omni Nashville Hotel is attached to the Country Music Hall of Fame and has a rooftop pool, hot tub and full-service spa for a relaxing day and fun night!

Fill your bachelorette weekend with fun activities such as neighborhood hopping, catching a play on Broadway, sightseeing and snapping photos in front of iconic skyscrapers, exploring one of the city’s many museums, enjoying a boozy brunch or shopping until you drop. And of course, there are plenty of bars and clubs to sip on cosmos and party the night away!

5. Las Vegas, Nevada

Of course no bachelorette list would be complete without listing “Sin City.” Between the glitzy lights, casinos, shows and some of the best pool parties and nightclubs you’ll ever step foot into, Las Vegas sits at the top of the list of the best bachelorette party destinations.

Las Vegas has a gambling and party scene that is easy to make any bachelorette party unforgettable (there’s a reason they say ‘what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’) However, there are also many other fun things to do in Vegas for the bride’s “last night out.”

From endless world-class dining and buffet options to thrilling shows and live music, you won’t have any time to sleep. But when you do, there are many choices of luxury hotels and spas to relax and get pampered with your best friends.

Add some adventure to your trip with a guided ATV tour of the Las Vegas desert, or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam before getting the night started!

Where to stay:

When it comes to accommodations in Vegas, there is no shortage of choices. The ARIA is a luxurious hotel with a pool scene that makes it easy to stay poolside under a cabana all day. You may even get lucky to catch a celebrity sighting as I once did during one of their iconic pool parties!

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is popular among bachelorettes with top-notch dining and nightlife. And for a 5-star luxury bachelorette stay, the Venetian is a top choice.

6. Napa Valley, California

For the gals who love their vino, a bachelorette party in Napa Valley is a dream come true. With award-winning wineries, incredible weather, delicious food and breathtaking views, it sets the scene for a laid-back and unforgettable girls trip.

Of course a trip to Napa means wine-tasting and there are several ways to do so with your group. The Napa Valley Wine Train is a popular activity, offering a scenic tour, wine tasting and elegant four-course meal. Or, for a more personalized wine tasting experience, book a private tour of Napa and Sonoma County for just the bride-to-be and bridesmaids.

And if you’re feeling adventurous, hop aboard a hot air balloon for a stunning bird’s eye view of the area. Napa Valley is also home to five charming towns to take a stroll, do some shopping and continue the wine-sipping fun!

8. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Lined with luxury beach resorts, fun day bars and lively nightlife, the beach town of Cabo San Lucas in Mexico is one of the best bachelorette party destinations to consider.

During a girls trip to Cabo San Lucas with three of my closest friends, we found ourselves spending more time at the beach restaurants than we did the actual night clubs! Fun restaurants such as Mango Deck know how to keep the party going day and night with competitions, dancing, music to keep everyone on their toes and entertained.

Downtown Cabo is also a fun place to take a stroll and bar hop with tequila tasting, taquerias with the drool-worthy tacos and dance clubs like El Squid Roe. A glass bottom-boat tour to the famous Cabo Arches and Lover’s Beach is a must-do activity for any visitor. Switch out the party restaurants with a relaxing sunset dinner cruise with the gals. And if your group is large enough, a private catamaran to a semi-private beach is a great way to bond while taking in all of Cabo’s incredible scenery.

Where to stay:

For the party-going bachelorette group, ME Cabo is the place to be featuring a mega DJ stand, swim-up bar and the only swimmable beach in the area. My friends and I loved our stay at the Villa La Estancia Beach Resort and Spa, with spacious multi-bedroom suites with balconies and a gorgeous swim up bar. The Esperanza is conveniently located and offers suites and villas with picturesque views and up to four bedrooms.

With its historic architecture, delicious Cajun and Creole cuisine, and a live music scene to keep you dancing day and night, New Orleans certainly earns its place among one of the best bachelorette party destinations. And I’m not just talking during Mardi Gras (unless huge crowds and collecting hundreds of beads is your thing). NOLA keeps its high energy and party vibe year round!

Bourbon Street in the heart of the French Quarter is one of the spots that gives New Orleans its popularity among brides-to-be. Lined with bars, restaurants and clubs that some would consider to be a bit risque, it certainly comes packed with the ammo needed for a memorable bachelorette party.

However, when you want a break from the party scene, you can head to the Riverwalk to do some shopping or test your luck at the popular Harrah’s casino. For even more fun with the girls, take one of the many ghost tours through the French Quarter, or satisfy your sweet tooth with NOLA’s only donut and beignet tour!

Where to stay:

The Royal Sonesta is one of the most popular luxury hotels in New Orleans with an incredible location in the middle of the action on Bourbon Street. Active groups can explore the city together by bike, take a kayaking tour or cruise by popular attractions and hot spots via stand-up paddleboard before a night on the town.
