While Cancun is famous for its vibrant nightlife and bustling downtown areas, Tulum is known for its cenotes (sinkholes filled with crystal-clear water), jungles and bohemian vibe. Couples can also stay in Playa del Carmen, with its white-sand beaches and ample dining opportunities, or in Puerto Morelos, known for its snorkeling reefs and rich culture.
